岗位职责：
1.Responsible for the factory digital transformation project, designed the factory digital solutions according to the business requirements, and promoted the implementation of the project to ensure that the project was completed on time and in accordance with the quality.
负责工厂数字化转型项目，根据业务需求设计工厂数字化的解决方案，并推动项目的实施，确保项目按时、按质完成。
2.Worked closely with production department, process department and other business departments to develop corresponding digital solutions according to the existing production processes, pain points and digital transformation goals of the factory.
与生产部门、业务部门等紧密合作，根据工厂现有的生产流程、痛点问题以及数字化转型的目标，制定相应的数字化解决方案。
3.Responsible for digital project requirement analysis, system design, coding, implementation, testing, deployment and so on the whole process, to ensure the project smoothly.
参与数字化的项目的需求分析、系统设计、编码实现、测试部署等全过程，确保项目的顺利进行。
4.Responsible for system maintenance and optimization, improving system stability, reliability, and performance.
负责系统维护与优化工作，提高系统的稳定性、可靠性和性能。
5.Pay attention to industry dynamics and technological trends, continuously learn and research new technologies, and provide technical support for the company's digital transformation.
关注行业动态和技术趋势，不断学习和研究新技术，为公司的数字化转型提供技术支持。
6.According to the needs of the department, complete other related work assigned by the superior leader.
根据部门的需要，完成上级领导交办的其他相关工作。
岗位要求：
1.More than 5 years of experience in digital project development in the manufacturing industry, familiar with manufacturing business processes and digital transformation trends.
5年以上制造业数字化项目开发经验，熟悉制造业业务流程和数字化转型趋势。
2.Proficient in at least one programming language (such as ava, J2EE, EJB, JavaScript, AJAX, REST, SQL, DHTML, Linux, ASP， . net, SOAP, WS-I, C, c , c#, etc.), possessing excellent programming and system design skills, able to independently complete system design and development work.
熟练掌握至少一种编程语言（如ava, J2EE, EJB, JavaScript, AJAX, REST, SQL, DHTML, Linux, ASP， . net, SOAP, WS-I, C, c ，c#,），具备优秀的编程能力和系统设计能力，能够独立完成系统设计和开发工作。
3.Deep understanding of manufacturing production processes and business requirements, familiar with ERP, MES, WMS, PLM and other systems.
深刻了解制造业生产流程和业务需求，熟悉ERP、MES、WMS、PLM等系统。
4.Bachelor's degree or above in computer, automation, electronic engineering or related fields
计算机、自动化、电子工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
5.Experience in manufacturing digital transformation, intelligent manufacturing, big data, and AI related projects is preferred.
有制造业数字化转型、智能制造、大数据及AI等相关项目经验者优先。
6.Experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
经验可以替代学历。
