launching a global faculty recruitment campaign that aligns with the standards of a world-class university, the university is inviting individuals from diverse backgrounds to apply for faculty positions at the levels of lecturer. the primary language of instruction and administration at cityuhk (dongguan) is english.

01岗位职责job responsibilities

1.受聘者需要讲授一系列的课程，包括英语能力，学术英语课程（eap）和研究生沟通技能课程。

the appointees are expected to teach a range of courses in english proficiency, english for academic purposes (eap), and communication skills for postgraduate students.

2.受聘者还需要协助课程材料开发，并对课程进行相关的准备和评估。

the appointees also need to help develop, prepare and assess course materials and give lectures to the students.

02任职要求requirements

1.具有英语相关学科博士或硕士学位，具有高校教师资格证书和相关教学经验者优先。

applicants with a phd or master's degree in relevant disciplines in english, a recognized teaching qualification and relevant teaching experience are preferred.

2.申请人在以下领域具有经验将会被优先考虑：

applicants with experience in the following areas would be particularly welcome:

rich experience in teaching chinese students both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

experience/commitment to using innovative teaching methodology.

teaching pronunciation, perhaps with drama or speech therapy experience.
