一、学院介绍
南京大学外国语学院办学历史悠久，特色鲜明，底蕴深厚。学院肇始于1917年南京高等师范学校设立的英文专修科。在一个多世纪的办学历程中，历代外院人共同努力，薪火传承，形成了严谨踏实、追求卓越的优良传统。外国语言文学学科2017年入选教育部首批“双一流”建设学科，2022年再次入选教育部“双一流”建设学科，在全国第五轮学科评估中取得优异成绩。学院拥有一支高水平的教师队伍，总体规模约96人，其中入选国家级人才项目4人、四青人才4人。学院现有当代外国文学与文化研究中心、外国语言学研究所、翻译研究所、俄罗斯学研究中心、韩国学研究中心、中德文化比较研究所等科研机构。学院广泛开展国际学术交流与合作，与牛津大学、哈佛大学、纽约大学、索邦大学、哥廷根大学、东京大学和高丽大学等多所著名高校建立了合作伙伴关系，主持和参与多项国际合作项目，具有较大的国际影响力。

二、招聘岗位设置

三、岗位要求
1.遵守中华人民共和国法律和法规，热爱教学科研事业；

2.具有良好的师德师风，恪守学术道德，勤勉工作，无犯罪记录，无违反师德师风和学术道德惩处记录；

3.申请人母语为所教授语言，具有国外大学人文社会科学学科硕士及以上学位；能够从事与本专业现有研究方向相符之学术研究；

4.申请人应有较好的教学能力，掌握良好的教学方法，具有较强的语言表达能力，能够胜任本科生和研究生的教学工作；

5.具有在中国或国外高校或专业语言教学机构至少2年执教的工作经验，教学效果优良，或在国外大学已获得助理教授及以上任职资格者优先；

五、薪酬待遇和相关工作与生活条件配套
1.按受聘岗位执行相关待遇，教师每人薪酬13-20万元/年（根据各人教龄资历等有所不同）；

2．提供其他补贴，包含租房补贴、探亲补贴等，标准3.5-5万元/年；

3.可按学校规定申请租住学校周转房，并优先安排入住。房租按初始房租确定，不随居住年限增长；

4.在岗期间，学校依法为受聘者缴纳南京市企业职工社会保险（包括养老保险、医疗保险、失业保险、生育保险和工伤保险）。学校可根据语言外教个人意愿为其缴纳住房公积金。
